Paul Wirth - Lead Pastor

Paul is the founding and lead pastor of Relevant Church. Prior to launching Relevant, Paul served in student ministry for over 14 years. Paul has a Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Ministries from Trinity College of Florida, and has been married to his wife Susie for 21 years. Paul co-authored his first book 2 years ago with his wife Susie The 30 Day Sex Challenge “A Journey To Intimacy”.He has two children, a mentally handicapped daughter Ashlyn 15, and a 12 yr old son Anthony. In his spare time Paul is an avid triathlete and runner.

Carl von dem Bussche - Creative Pastor

Carl started playing music professionally in college. After graduation his band was signed to a national recording contract in 2001. Carl toured the country extensively and had several successful radio singles. The band disbanded in 2004 and Carl took a job in A&R at EMI Music in Nashville. In late 2005 he and his wife Kristin moved to Tampa to help start Relevant. They now have two daughters, Aubrey and Adelie.

James Adair - Administrative Pastor

Educated at USF in Religious Studies. James primary responsibilities are Growth Groups, Church administration, and First Impressions. James is married to Carly, his college sweetheart. They have two boys Ethan and Connor. Hobbies include photography and cooking.

Darren Pearson - Family Pastor

Darren is passionate about connecting families to Jesus and to each other. He primarily serves our children and students inside Real Kids and IGNITE. Darren's wonderful wife, Julie, serves alongside him and they have raised two incredible adult children, Katie and Zach, who both serve at Relevant Church. Darren is currently completing his business degree from the University of Florida, enjoys playing vintage instruments, and between serving at Relevant and studying, he has no time for hobbies!

Jarrett Haas - Video Director

Jarrett has spent his whole life as a lover of TV, movies, and music. Little did he know that he was training for his eventual job at relevant. He loves Swingers (written and produced by Jon Favreau), anything directed by Wes Anderson, and he cried when Lost ended. Now you can find him soaking up media in order to leverage it to make an impact our culture.
